Dr Joachim Jansen completed his postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology at Cardiff University, Wales, in 2016. He continued to advance his surgical skills through the British Society of Dermatological Surgery’s Annual Surgery Workshop in 2021, and received further mentorship in skin-flap reconstruction from Professor Richard Motley and other leading dermatologic surgeons.

He refined his understanding of facial anatomy while working closely with Professor Michael Bouckaert, Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Medical University of South Africa, where he gained extensive hands-on surgical experience.

Dr Jansen is currently in the final stages of obtaining Associate Membership with the British Society of Dermatological Surgery. He is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, the Irish Medical Council, and the General Medical Council in the United Kingdom.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr Jansen has a broad interest in aesthetic medicine and dermatology, with a strong passion for researching innovative diagnostic and treatment methods.

Dr. Jansen is based at our clinic in Dublin.
