Dr Plamen Penev has over 10 years’ experience in the field of dermatology. He graduated as a medical doctor from the Medical University of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, and later completed his specialist training at the University Clinic of Dermatology and Venereology in Stara Zagora.

In 2014, he obtained his licence in Dermatology and Venereology from the Military Medical Academy in Sofia.

Dr Penev has undertaken advanced training in Facial Anatomy at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (London, 2015), Dermal Surgery with Prof. Dr Peter Kohl (Berlin), and Dermal Fillers.

In recent years, he has focused on aesthetic dermatology, developing extensive experience in botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, ablative and non-ablative lasers, energy-based devices, and minor dermal surgery.

His core philosophy is an individualised approach — delivering personalised care tailored to each patient.
