At The Adare Clinic, we operate a strict booking policy to ensure the best possible service for our patients, doctors, and staff.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance incur no charge. This applies to bookings made by phone, email, or through our online booking system.

To cancel, please contact us by phone at 01 676 9810 or 061 395 410, or email ivan@theadareclinic.ie.

If your appointment was made online, it must be cancelled directly through the online booking platform.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

A €100 fee will apply to arrange an alternative appointment.

For patients on a course of treatments, failing to attend or cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of one session from the course.
